Don't Go To Church

We live in a time of spiritual consumerism where people pick and choose certain aspects of their spiritual commitment and neglect others. There is a tendency for people in the Body of Christ to go to church but neglect their calling to be planted in God's house. In this message we are encouraged to be planted in God's house, planted in a local church, interconnected with others and fulfilling God's purpose for our lives. Don't just go to church, be planted in the house of God.

One spiritual discipline we overlook and may not categorize as a spiritual discipline is personal evangelism. In the Great Commission Jesus commands us to go and make disciples. With the practice of this spiritual discipline we obey Jesus, we reach the lost and we build our faith and confidence in Christ and His Word.
