In this message from our Walking by Faith series, Pastor Jay explores what it truly means to have “faith that moves mountains.” Drawing from Matthew 17 and Mark 11, we see that Jesus wasn’t calling us to have a giant, flawless faith, but a genuine, mustard-seed kind of faith, small yet powerful when placed in a great God. Pastor Jay reminds us that real faith doesn’t ignore our problems; it confronts them, looks to God instead of the obstacle, speaks His Word with confidence, and acts boldly in prayer. No matter how impossible the situation appears, the size of your mountain doesn’t matter, what matters is the size of your God.

Walking By Faith Part Two: Faith in the Fire

In this episode, we’re talking about Faith in the Fire. Walking by faith isn’t just about believing when life feels easy, it’s about trusting God when the heat is turned up. Like Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego, our faith will be tested, but those fiery moments don’t come to destroy us; they come to refine us. Real faith says, “I won’t bow, even if it costs me.” It chooses God over compromise, trusts Him with the outcome, and finds His presence right in the middle of the flames. And here’s the good news God may not always keep you out of the fire, but He will always meet you in it. When your faith stands firm, even in the fire, your life becomes a testimony that brings glory to God.

Walking by Faith Part One: What Faith Is

In this first part of the Walking by Faith series, we explore what true biblical faith really is. The Bible says it’s impossible, not just difficult, to please God without faith (Hebrews 11:6). But faith is more than just belief. Belief acknowledges truth, but faith acts on it. Abraham didn’t just believe God’s promises; he left home and followed. The heroes of Hebrews 11 weren’t remembered for what they believed, but for what they did by faith. Many today confuse belief with saving faith, but Scripture is clear: we are saved by grace through faith, a faith marked by repentance, surrender, obedience, and transformation. The question is not simply, “Do you believe in Jesus?” The real question is: “Have you placed your faith in Him, turning from sin, surrendering to His Lordship, and living daily by faith?”

In part four of our Come and See, Go and Tell series, we explore what it means to be the light of the world. Jesus has not only saved us but also sent us. Evangelism isn’t optional, it’s the mission of every believer. We are not stuck where we are; we are sent to shine in our families, workplaces, neighborhoods, and communities. Even small acts, like a prayer, a kind word, or an invitation can have eternal impact. Your mission field begins at the end of your driveway. The question isn’t if you’re sent, but how you’ll respond. Today is the day to shine for Jesus and carry His light into a dark world.

When Jesus called Peter and Andrew by the Sea of Galilee, He wasn’t inviting them to a casual belief, He was summoning them to leave everything and follow Him. That same call reaches us today: to drop our nets, burn the ships, and step fully into His mission of being fishers of men. Discover how new life in Christ, the empowering of the Holy Spirit, and total surrender equip us to follow Jesus wholeheartedly and share His gospel with boldness.

Pastor Jay Tyler continues the series Come and See, Go and Tell with part two: Empowered to Be a Witness. Jesus never intended us to carry out His mission in our own strength. He promised us the power of the Holy Spirit, power to boldly share the gospel starting where we are and reaching to the ends of the earth. Join us as we discover the promise, the purpose, the plan, and the partnership of the Spirit’s power that makes us effective witnesses for Christ today.

Do You See What Jesus Sees?

In this first message of the Come & See, Go & Tell series, Pastor Jay Tyler challenges us to see people the way Jesus sees them. From Matthew 9:35–38, we discover five key insights into Christ’s heart for the lost: He was among the people, saw their needs, felt compassion, recognized the potential of the harvest, and called His disciples to pray and go. This message reminds us that the gospel begins with an invitation to “come and see,” but it must lead us to “go and tell.” If we truly see what Jesus sees and feel what He feels, we cannot stay where we are, we must go into the harvest field.

In this challenging yet grace filled message, Pastor Jay Tyler confronts a sobering reality: it's possible to identify as a Christian without truly following Jesus. Drawing from Jesus’ words in Matthew 7 and other key scriptures, this sermon calls us to examine our faith beyond cultural labels and outward appearances. Are we carrying Christ’s name without carrying His cross? Are we professing faith without possession, practicing religion without relationship? Discover the five biblical marks of being a "Christian In Name Only," and hear the call to move from casual belief to committed discipleship. This message isn’t about condemnation, it’s an invitation to authentic, surrendered, Spirit filled living.

In the final message of our You Asked For It series, we tackled multiple questions submitted by our church family. We briefly explored what the Bible says about guardian angels, divorce and remarriage, the application of biblical promises, and whether God still speaks through dreams and visions. Then we took a deeper dive into one of the most requested topics: What does the Bible say about alcohol?
While the Bible doesn’t forbid alcohol outright, it clearly condemns drunkenness and warns of the dangers of impairment, loss of self-control, and spiritual compromise. We contrasted the fleeting effects of alcohol with the life-giving, peace-filled, joy-producing power of the Holy Spirit. In a world reaching for relief in all the wrong places, we are called to be filled with the Spirit, not influenced by a counterfeit.
This message is a call to evaluate our motives, pursue holiness, and be a Spirit-filled witness in a world desperate for something real.

In this week’s message, Pastor Jay Tyler tackles a powerful and practical question submitted by the congregation: "How can you tell the difference between intuition and discernment?"
We learn that intuition is natural and shaped by our emotions and experiences, while discernment is a spiritual gift that comes from the Holy Spirit. Through Scripture and examples like King Saul and Joseph, Pastor Jay contrasts the danger of self-deception with the clarity that comes from spiritual humility and surrender.
This message reminds us that discernment grows in the soil of humility, not pride. True discernment begins with a heart fully submitted to God, rooted in His Word, guided by prayer, and strengthened by obedience.
